I had this trouble with my 8 year olds 7" RCA tablet. It's the Android 4.four system. I did the following and it worked perfectly. Hold the on-off button down and the volume button Upwards at the same fourth dimension. (might take one or two attempts). Hold them both in this position until you become a carte du jour on the screen. When the carte du jour appears release both buttons and with the Book push curlicue downward to the line that says re-gear up to factory settings. Press and agree the ON-OFF button until the screen re-appears and permit information technology reset itself. (this can take a minute or two. Your tablet should return to its original setting and come up on. You only lose your pictures and downloaded games but you can always reload them, no big deal. It has worked perfect since I did this. But am already report to them in their site the say they will reply to me later 72hours so am stilling waiting for them considering my tablet information technology has only two weeks...just written report to www.rcatablet.com

this worked perfectly! as a matter of fact, we simply had to push the power and volume buttons a couple of times and it worked! Cheers then much--it would have been a long day without my daughter's tablet!

The same thing happened to me except way worse...I think. My tablet a couple of days ago close off and wouldn't plough back on. Then the next solar day it wouldn't turn off. Then it wouldn't piece of work if it wasn't plugged in. And now information technology won't fifty-fifty work at all. Similar, it won't even plough on even for a second.

I did the aforementioned thing the person above did. I pressed the power push and the + button at the same fourth dimension and information technology will appear a thing as soon as you do that. I bought a USB charger 1.v cm at Walmart for $8. I continued the tablet to my laptop that was turned on an continued to power. I permit it charge for 1 hr. I then held down ability and book for 10-20 seconds. I kept doing this until it came on. I left it charging for four-5 hours. It will only take a charge via the laptop.

Get one.5cm USB cable that connects to calculator. The tablet will not take a charge directly using the charger that came with it. Connect the tablet to the reckoner using the USB. Make sure the computer is turned on. Push the power and volume button downward at the same fourth dimension for 10-20 seconds. Do this in one case or twice. Let it charge. If it does not plow on look a few minutes and endeavour holding down power and volume button again.
